Beverly Ashley Broyles is a native Californian now living in Rockford, Illinois.  She received a BA Degree in Art and Art Education from San Jose State University and a MS Degree in Art Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  Her career began as an Art Director and Illustrator for Sullivan Associates in Palo Alto, California.  Working with other artists to illustrate children's books was very exciting!  Beverly became a free lance graphic designer while raising her three sons, Christopher, Gregory and Timothy.  Following a move to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Beverly became involved with the Oak Ridge Community Playhouse as the Junior Playhouse Coordinator and eventually, the General Manager. A new career of presenting the performing arts began following a move to Cincinnati, Ohio.  Upon returning to Knoxville, Tennessee, Beverly became the Curator of Education and the Director of Public Programs at the Knoxville Museum of Art.  After a few more moves, and a few more jobs that involved presenting the performing arts, Beverly has now returned to her first love, creating Art!  She hopes you enjoy her work!  Thank you for visiting!
